Grace Park Church is excited to share our progress and the new opportunities that are being created for us to share the gospel with the city of Durham.  One of those opportunities is unfolding as we are establishing our all-new weekly Bible Studies/Gatherings.

Our Bible Study is a gathering of imperfect people who have a desire to grow in the knowledge and understanding of His Word, the gospel message. This weekly meet allows us the opportunity to grow together as we learn what the Holy Scriptures say, what they mean for us today and how we can live them out in our daily lives as disciples sent on mission.

You can expect the atmosphere of our studies to be relaxed and informal. So whether you’re just getting off from work, finishing an intense work-out or dropping in after being in school all day, come and be filled through this great ministry and fellowship.

…Where lives are transformed by the God who is at work in our world.  Where worship and community are approached knowing that God will use them to turn the world right side up..or upside down, depending on your place in the story.

…That knows God redeems not only individuals but entire families – no matter what  form  or shape they are in.  (Here, parents are equipped for ministry and children are valued and aimed as God’s own daughters and sons.)

…Grounded in the Biblical truths of an ancient faith while searching for new, relevant and creative ways to communicate these truths in the most powerful and impactful way in our lives today.

…Where everyone is called to minister and be the example, and not just one or two individuals.  While some may minister through the arts, others will lead through relationships and athletics.  Many will be ambassadors and lead through their career paths, while some will indeed minister through apostolic channels.  We believe that ministry is something that we all should live out in every area, aspect and corner of our daily lives, positively affecting our community and communicating the love and Gospel of Christ throughout the city and around the world as we do so.
